We offer structured training schemes which cover everything from inductions, customer service, sales & product knowledge and management development through to bespoke interactive online courses at our very own Tile Training College. If any employee wishes to undertake an external training course which they feel will help them improve within their current role, the company will be more than happy to contribute towards the costs (subject to specific criteria being met).

Available to all Store Managers within the company, this programme sits alongside your every day activities and is designed to develop existing skills. Once we are satisfied with this programme, it will be available to Assistant Managers and Senior Sales Advisors who are looking to work their way up the career ladder.
